As members of The Vocal Groove Collective (VGC), we commit ourselves to the following principles to protect our mission, our family-like culture, and the communities we serve:

- Speak truthfully and avoid gossip, backbiting, or actions that divide the group.

- Acknowledge responsibility for our actions, words, and decisions, and accept their consequences.
- Be reliable and fulfill commitments to rehearsals, performances, and group initiatives to the best of our abilities.
4. Commitment to Community
- Respect the festivals, audiences, and partners we serve, always bringing energy, joy, and professionalism.
- Recognize and appreciate the contributions of organizations, sponsors, and individuals who help us achieve our mission.
5. Transparency and Fairness
- Avoid favoritism, cliques, or conflicts of interest that may harm the group’s unity.
- Make decisions openly and fairly, with the mission of VGC at the center.
6. Support and Compassion
- Stand by one another in times of need, offering help and encouragement as a family would.
- Create a safe and supportive space for all members to grow artistically and personally.
7. Positive Representation
- Uphold the reputation of VGC by conducting ourselves professionally on and off stage, including in online and social media platforms.
- Be ambassadors of joy, unity, and respect in every environment where VGC is represented.
